 This week in fishing:
The Tarpon are starting to show up out west of Flamingo in the Everglade National Park, along with big permit they have been seen around sandy key channel busting on the live white baits. Also in the Everglades we have been catching large number of spotted sea trout and redfish .A half day trip will net around 50 to 60 of them. In the Gulf we are still finding a strong bite of Spanish Mackerel and some Cobia, big trout and more.
On the ocean side Flats off Islamorada and Key Largo we are starting to see large schools of bonefish, and lets not forget about the patch reefs off Islamorada. Snapper, Hogfish, Muttons and more, its a all you can eat feast!.
Don't forget the spring tarpon migration is just around the corner, if you want to catch BIG Tarpon and Sharks, now is your time to book as we get reel busy that time of the year.
