florida keys, islamorada, key largo fishing report

Hello once again from the Sports fishing Capital of the world, Islamorada in the florida keys. With the snow falling up in the north, we have seen a increase in anglers that coming to Islamorada to get out of the snow and grab some warm Florida Keys fishing fun.
Fishing in Islamorada: With the calm seas, the bay boats have been out in the Atlantic for the Sail fish push. Just like tarpon, this is a fish of a life time and should be added to every anglers list. the bonefish are start to show up some to get warm on the flats too. On the patch reefs, Hogfish, Snapper, Grouper and Mackerel have been providing great rod bending action for the whole family. In the Gulf, the Mackerel bite is in full swing!
Fishing in Key Largo and the Everglades: Strong bite of redfish, spotted sea trout some snook and big sharks.
As a reminder, the spring tarpon migration is just around the corner, if you want to catch big tarpon this is the time to book you charter, we fish every day two times a day April-June.
till then this is Captain Ted Benbow asking you to "keep it in the shallow grass"
