Islamorada fishing report

Capt Ted and Capt Donnie Benbow of Skins and Fins Charter and Guides fish out the Post Card Inn in Islamorada has a great day of Spotted Sea Trout off of Islamorada. On a two boat trips for a half day they caught and released over 100 trout from 2-5 LBs. with the waters warming up around the shores if the Florida Keys the tarpon fishing is sure to turn on. Live baiting on the sunset trip is the must productive way to catch big tarpon. In the morning site fishing Guides take the anglers up on the flats for laid up tarpon. Throwing spin or the fly rod is a great way to fish for the hunter at heart, if you can sit in a tree stand all day and wait of a Deer to past by, this is the trip for you.
Offshore/deep sea, the big boats are starting to catch nice sized Dolphin, don't forget to tip your professional Mate's, they work long hours so you have a great day in the water. Till next time, "Keep it in the shallow grass"
