The backcountry fishing the last week has started to pick up here in Islamorada. We have been catch some night sizes spotted sea trout in the 3-5lb size. Also the snapper bite has been very good. We were lucky enough keep a few for dinner the last few nights.
Up on the flats the permit fishing has still been solid too.
