Fishing report
The next few days the weather is going to get very rainy and windy. We were glad for the last 10 days of light wind cause it really turned in the Bonefishing. New for the next week or so we will be hiding back in the glades trying to stay out of the wind.

Bonefishing Florida Keys
This is day two of some great Islamorada Bonefishing. Capt Donnie Benbow treated me to a great few hours of Bonefishing in the flats of Islamorada after I finished my morning charters. I went 1 for 3 from the bow of the Hellsbay and Donnie went 2 for 2 from the poling tower.

Bonefishing Islamorada
Captain Donnie Benbow went 7 for 9 bonefishing this afternoon. All 7 of them he caught while poling his hellbay from the tower. It is hard enough to catch them from the front of the boat but from the poling tower is just as hard as it gets.

Islamorada flats fishing
The snook fishing in the Everglades has been good in the shallow run offs and also up on the flats when sight fishing. Useing live pilchards or D.O.A. Airheads seem to be the bait of choice to hook up with a strong fish. Also up on the flats the permit and bonefish are being found on the right conditions. We like to pitch live blue crabs or throwing a fly rod with a crab pattern. Want to give it a try call us at 3053930363 or SkinsandFinsCharters.com

Rafting to Freedom-Cuba to Florida Keys
This morning on my guides fishing charters to the Everglades National Park I found this home made boat made of foam, rebarb and plastic bag. Can you imagine the poor soles that braved the Atlantic from Cuba to the Florida straights just to get a taste of freedom!!
