Islamorada lobster mini season

Islamorada fishing report in the Florida Keys- on the first day of the 2 day lobster sport season, all the reports are coming in that most everyone got there limit. As I navigated my way around Islamorada there was dive boats as far as the eye could see. The professional diver operators from marinas like Holiday Isla, Bud and Mary's and World wide sportsman were all very busy thanking divers out to catch the spiny lobster.   Well big 57 LBs dolphin caught out of Islamorada by captain Nick of Bud and Mary's Marina. Charter boat captain from Islamorada to Key West have been report great catches of these taste Sportfish.

Monster Dolphin caught off Islamorada in the Florida Keys!

Captain Nick out of Bud and Mary's Marina in Islamorada guides his angler to a monster 57 LB Dolphin. This epic fish showned on display her by Sara. 

  The dolphin fishing has been great so far this season. Charter boat captains have been reporting a great catch from Key Largo to Key West.

  We came back from a great day of fishing for sea trout and redfish in the Everglades and a family of Manatees came to my dock slip and drank water off my motor. The offshore Mahi Mahi fishing in Islamorafa has been over the top so far this season. Charter boats from bud and Mary's to marina in Key West Marinas have been reporting great days of dolphin fishing.

  The spotted sea trout bite in the the Everglades National Park just off Islamorada in the Florida Keys was outstanding. Almost all the fish caught were in ir over the slot.

  For the last few weeks the the Mahi Mahi AKA dolphin fishing offshore/Deepsea has been very good and should continue. Charter boat captains from Key West and the rest of the Florida Keys have been report a great bite of these taste Sportfish.

  On of my favorite things to do for my young fisherman is let them feed the tarpon at the end of a charter. Using the leftover bait from the day trip can really excite young kids and adults alike. There are a few place in Islamorada to feed the tarpon. Robbie's marine, Bud n Mary's Marina, Worldwide sportsman and my dock at Holiday Isla Marina. This Sumer dolphin fishing has started out great! Charterboats from Key largo the Key west have been reporting great catches of nice dolphin the fish.   As it comes to the time of the year when I we start taking young anglers Shark fishing, I can't help to thing about my first shark I caught went I was 10 years old. Fishing with my older brothers Tom Benbow and Charlie Fulmer. We first troled for Barracudas to use for shark bait in the back waters off Islamorada.
